私にとって作品制作は“自分”と“外界”との間に独自の接点を生み出す行為です。
刻々と変化する気温や空気の流れ、水の循環、そして重力といった自然現象と、作品制作を通して関わり、その痕跡を素材の特性によって定着しています。
そうした制作過程によって素材が獲得するフォルムやパターンは、私たちの傍らにある不可視の世界の存在を示唆するものなのかも知れません。
好奇心や想像力によって身の回りの物事を捉え直し、そこから地続きに存在しているはずの大きなスケールの自然の循環や、世界の広がりに意識を向けるような体験を、自分の作品を通して提示したいと考えています。

For me, creating artwork is an act of creating a unique point of contact between myself and the outside world.
Through the creation of my works, I interact with natural phenomena such as ever-changing temperature, air flow, water circulation, and gravity, and I fix the traces of these phenomena with the characteristics of the materials I use.
The forms and patterns acquired by the materials through the production process may suggest the existence of an invisible world beside us.
Through my work, I would like to present an experience in which curiosity and imagination allow us to reconsider the things around us, and to become aware of the cycles of nature and the expansion of the world on a larger scale, which should exist as a continuation of these cycles.

1988年奈良県生まれ。
2022年「Four Sequences」（galerie16 / 京都）、「Four Silhouettes」（Gallery一茶亭 / 京都）など個展多数。
2021年「Watowa Art Award 2021 Exhibition」 （elephant Studio / 東京）、 2022年「やまもりハプン▷希望が丘2022 ～全力図画工作～」 （滋賀県希望が丘文化公園）、「What Cafe×Watowa Gallery Exhibition -Drive Up!-」（What Cafe / 東京）、 「Kyoto Art Lounge Exhibition ベールの光景」（Cocon Karasuma / 京都）などグループ展やアートフェアに多数参加。
2021年度平和堂財団芸術奨励賞受賞。
